Harwood's Award Winning Cafe Bar
We moved to the area and started our family, immediately impressed by all of the gorgeous walks, pubs and lovely locals. However, we felt that Harwood was missing something: a family friendly cafe bar where people can meet, drink and eat!
Opening in May 2021, we’ve strived to serve great food and drinks and create the most welcoming atmosphere. Bill & Coo has recently won ‘Northern Enterprise Best Cafe Bar in Bolton 2023’.
Our Team
We’re so proud of the staff team at Bill & Coo. From chef Dave, who’s had owned bakeries in America and worked in Michelin starred restaurants, to Sarah, who runs marathons in her spare time. We know we have the best staff around!
Love this place, best pizza I've eaten outside of Italy and the staff are really friendly.

Food & Drink
Our brunch/ lunch menu is served from 10am until 3pm.
Our evening menu is served from 3pm until 9pm. Our pizzas are made from Italian 00′ Caputo flour and hand stretched to order. We use only the freshest ingredients and change our menu seasonally. Make sure to check our specials board!
Our wine lists have been created by expert sommeliers, there’s definitely a bottle for everyone! If cocktails are more your thing, then you won’t be disappointed! We serve all the classics alongside some Bill & Coo signatures, put together by our very own bar manager. (Of course, we also serve a great selection of beers, locally roasted coffee etc.)
